Distribution agreements are usually written in the language of partnership and delivered in the language of invoices. This page is the other way round: a plain list of what actually ships, what is provided remotely, and what you have to build yourself.
Ships with your first order
- Price band for your territory. A written band per model, valid for twelve months, with the volume break points spelled out. No “call us for pricing”.
- Spares pack. Filter elements, gaskets, a vacuum pump service kit and one spare pressure transmitter — the four items that cause most first-year downtime.
- Documentation set. Installation manual, wiring diagram, commissioning checklist, operator handbook and a maintenance schedule, in English, in editable format so you can put your logo on it.
- Nameplate and label set. Your company name and service number alongside ours.
- Sizing worksheet. The spreadsheet our engineers actually use: vapour flow from loading rate, product type and temperature, translated into a model recommendation.
Provided remotely, on request
- Quotation support on live enquiries. Send us the site data (loading rate, product, tank size, stack height, power available) and we return a sized offer within one working day, with your margin already inside it.
- Drawing pack for consultants. GA drawings, P&ID, utility requirements and foundation loads in DWG and PDF, so your customer’s consultant can approve the layout without a round trip to China.
- Commissioning support. Video call during startup, with our engineer watching the same readings your technician is watching. Most issues on a first unit are pre-treatment or vacuum settings, and both are visible on a call.
- Failure analysis. Send the log and the stack reading; we tell you whether it is the membrane, the vacuum pump, the condenser or the operating procedure before you send anyone to site.
What you build yourself
Honesty matters here, because a partner who expects these and does not get them will blame the factory:
- Local installation crew. We do not fly installers. Vapour line routing, supports and electrical connection are yours.
- Local stock of fast movers. Filter elements specifically. The economics of a second site visit never work.
- Your own customer list. We do not hand over an address book. We do hand over enquiries that arrive in your territory from our website and trade fair contacts, but that is a trickle, not a pipeline.
- Permitting knowledge. Local stack concentration limits, noise limits and inspection routines are your regulatory environment, not ours. We will tell you what the equipment can achieve; you tell us what the authority will accept.

What we ask in return
Three things, all measurable: an annual volume you actually believe in, one named technical contact who attends training and stays for more than a year, and a report on every lost project. The last one is the most valuable to us and the least often given. A lost project tells us whether the problem is price, specification, timing or trust — and only the first of those is something a factory can fix by itself.
Ask for the distributor pack for your country
Tell us the country, the product line and the customer type you already sell to. We reply with the territory map, the price band and the support package that applies — usually within one working day.
