How the cooperation starts

Start with a small trial order. Earn the territory afterwards.

We do not ask a new partner to bet a year's revenue on us, and we do not hand out an exclusive territory to someone we have not shipped to yet. The sequence is short and it is the same everywhere.

Stage 01

A small trial order

We can start our cooperation with small trial orders to streamline all procedures — one unit, one plant, everything handled exactly as a full project would be.

Stage 02

The agreed sales target

As the cooperation matures, a sales target is agreed for your market and measured against real shipments — so both sides know where the relationship stands.

Stage 03

An exclusive distribution agreement

Once the cooperation matures and the agreed sales target is fulfilled, an exclusive distribution agreement can be signed for your territory.

What the factory provides

Direct factory supply — price, drawings, engineers and after-sales

As direct factory supply, we offer competitive pricing without middleman markup. Everything below sits on our side of the table, from the first site visit to the unit's tenth year in service.

Factory-direct pricing

Competitive pricing without middleman markup, quoted against a line-by-line scope so your customer can compare it with anyone else.

Site evaluation

We work through the plant data with you — stream, flow, concentration, hours — and tell you what the site will and will not support.

Solution design and drawings

Route selection, mass balance, GA drawing and P&ID, produced for the project rather than picked from a catalogue.

Brochures and technical training

Sales literature, datasheets and training for your team, so the technical conversation does not have to wait for us.

Installation & commissioning

Our engineers can attend site installation & commissioning for the first project — mechanical, piping, wiring, parameter setting and trial run.

Remote after-sales support

Remote diagnosis and spare parts for long-term operation, with the unit connected over Ethernet or RS485 to your customer's control room.

Standard units are kept in stock for fast delivery; special projects are engineered to the stream. Spare parts and membrane elements are reserved against your forecast.

Our Recommendations

Four things we recommend you have in place

None of these is a formality. Each one shortens the distance between the first enquiry and a signed order — and three of the four sit on your side of the table.

You bring 01

Industry knowledge

First, you need to have certain knowledge of the petrochemical industry, understand its characteristics and the functions of relevant equipment.

You bring 02

Local regulations and import certification

Besides understanding industry features and equipment functions, you also need to be familiar with local environmental regulations and certification requirements for equipment import. Familiarity with your country's environmental and equipment certification rules will make your work much more efficient.

You bring 03

A team of at least five members

You need a team of at least five members, covering business development, public relations and on-site condition survey. With such a team, you can quickly sort out project requirements and stakeholder relations. Once we receive your information, we can promptly work out the implementation plan and tackle all matters precisely.

We back you 04

Production capacity, engineering depth

Our production capacity is well-established. Our Stage III vapor recovery units for gas stations are standardized and mass-produced, with an annual output of up to 1000 sets. For large oil depot projects, we have more than ten mechanical engineers on staff, supported by retired professors from Dalian University of Technology as our core technical advisors.

The product you will be selling

Four costs a pharmaceutical plant cannot keep absorbing

Your customer's engineers will ask what the unit actually changes. Every pitch starts with the same four numbers on the plant manager's desk — and if one of them is missing, the project is not ready.

Solvent that leaves the stack

Every kilogram of dichloromethane or ethyl acetate that goes out the stack was bought, handled, stored and then paid for a second time as an emission problem. In most plants this is the second largest cost line after the active ingredient itself.

A limit that keeps moving

Regulators across the region are lowering the numbers and starting to ask for evidence rather than assurances. A unit sized five years ago on yesterday's limit is often the reason a plant cannot expand its batch size.

Batch swings

In a batch plant the concentration at the stack can move by an order of magnitude inside one shift. Equipment sized to the average chokes on the peak, and then runs at a fraction of its capacity for the rest of the day.

Spent carbon

Activated carbon does not remove the problem, it changes its form. What was a vapour becomes a hazardous waste with a ledger, a manifest, a storage permit and a disposal invoice that arrives every few months.

Process routes

Three routes — we choose from your stream data, not from a catalogue

We do not sell one fixed skid and make the plant fit it. Give us the composition, the flow, the concentration range and the operating hours, and the route follows from those four inputs.

ROUTE 01

Compression + condensation + membrane

  • A spray-liquid liquid-ring compressor lifts the pressure and holds the temperature down by coolant injection
  • The condenser runs above freezing and liquefies the bulk of the solvent, which goes straight back to the process
  • The membrane handles only the non-condensable tail: solvent permeates through and is returned, de-oiled air is discharged
Fits Single-solvent or narrow streams, high inlet load, continuous duty, sites where the solvent has resale or reuse value.
ROUTE 02

Deep-cold condensation + carbon adsorption

  • Condensation taken down to −15 to −30 °C for components that will not liquefy at ambient temperatures
  • Two-stage carbon behind it for the last few hundred mg/m³, where the target is below 50 mg/m³
  • Two channels run in alternation, one cooling while the other is thawed, because at these temperatures ice blockage is unavoidable
Fits Low flow, one difficult component such as styrene or a heavy monomer, and a limit that leaves no room for a membrane-only tail.
ROUTE 03

Membrane + PSA polish

  • Condensation and membrane take the bulk of the load and return it as liquid
  • A PSA bed — carbon or resin, chosen against the solvent — closes the last few ppm
  • The whole train runs on electricity, with no thermal oxidiser and no fuel gas
Fits Mixed streams under the tightest limits, and plants that need the vent below 1 mg/m³ rather than below 50.

For a low-concentration hydrocarbon stream — a terminal, a loading arm, a tank farm — compression plus condensation plus carbon is often the honest answer, and we build that too. The route is chosen from the stream, not from what we prefer to sell.

Delivered streams

Six streams our design library is built on

These are operating units, not catalogue examples. Design basis on one side, measured result on the other — and the plant behind each line stays confidential.

Solvent system Design flow Inlet load Result achieved
Ethyl acetate + butyl acetate + isopropanol 500 m³/h 8,000 mg/m³ ≥95% recovered, outlet below 500 mg/m³, condensate returned to the process
Dichloromethane + 1,2-dichloroethane 300 m³/h ≈500 kg/day solvent loss, vacuum-driven Membrane tail held at or below 3,000 ppm, recovered DCM returned as liquid
Toluene vapour Batch, vacuum-driven Vacuum pump discharge ≥99% recovered, outlet below 50 mg/m³
n-Hexane 180 m³/h Solvent-laden exhaust ≥98% recovered, outlet measured at 700–900 mg/m³ against a 1 g/m³ limit
Methanol 1,900 m³/h High-volume continuous ≥99% recovered, outlet below 50 mg/m³ with no adsorption stage
Vinyl chloride + nitrogen 300 m³/h 2,750 g/m³ ≥99% recovered, below 1 mg/m³ after the PSA polish
Also in the design library
Halogenated Alcohols Esters Ketones Ethers Aromatics Alkanes Olefin monomers Amines

The membrane and the resin are not universal. Both are selected against the solvent family, the concentration and the water content — which is why we ask for the composition before we quote a capacity. Stream data is treated as confidential and is not published.

Engineering

What makes a skid safe to stand in a solvent plant

A recovery unit sits in the middle of the hazard, not at the end of a pipe. These are the decisions that matter more than the recovery percentage on the brochure.

Isothermal compression, below 55 °C

Coolant injection does three jobs at once — lubrication, sealing and cooling — and holds the running temperature below 55 °C, close to isothermal. A dry machine in a solvent area runs far hotter and brings its own ignition risk with it.

Non-metallic star wheel, stainless rotor and housing

The star wheel is a non-metallic material so that contact with the rotor cannot generate static. Rotor and housing are stainless, because a corroded surface sheds iron particles into the compression chamber and those particles are exactly how friction ignition starts.

Condensation above freezing — no defrost cycle

Running the condenser at 0 °C and above avoids ice blockage altogether. One condenser, no dual channel, no thaw cycle on a timer, and roughly 1 kW of electricity moves 3 kW of cooling. Deep-cold designs pay for their extra few degrees with a permanently alternating defrost sequence.

Cold storage smooths the batch swing

Refrigerant is held in a storage vessel rather than generated on demand, so a concentration spike draws on stored cooling capacity instead of dragging the compressor down. Between batches the store recharges. It behaves as a filter on the load profile.

Composite membrane, three layers

A non-woven support layer, a porous polymeric sublayer and a dense selective skin — in our case a PDMS silicone rubber skin that resists swelling. The element carries an anti-static conductive mesh, and silicone rubber is chosen for its selectivity on halogenated, alcohol, ketone, ester and aromatic streams.

The membrane does not care how dilute the stream is

Separation is by solution and diffusion, not by chilling, so per-pass efficiency at 3% inlet is close to what it is at 30%. Condensation works the other way round. That single difference is why the membrane sits at the tail of the train and not at the front.

HAZOP, then an interlock matrix

The compressor package goes through a hazard and operability review before fabrication. The control system then carries the trip matrix: loss of cooling water, loss of power, loss of instrument air, over-pressure, over-temperature and combustible gas detection. Valves close in under half a second.

Skid-mounted, PLC, unattended

A Siemens S7-1200 class PLC with a touchscreen HMI, fault diagnosis, alarm history and Ethernet or RS485 to the plant DCS. Start and stop follow process conditions, so the plant does not need an operator assigned to the unit.

Electrical and instrumentation scope is specified against a Zone 2 area classification: field instruments and motors to Ex d IIB T4 / IP55, and the control cabinet inside the skid built as a pressurised enclosure. Equipment marking documentation is available on request, against the classification your plant declares.

Route comparison

Why we do not simply put a carbon bed at the end

Both routes liquefy at the front end with condensation. The difference is what happens to the last few per cent — and that difference decides your customer's maintenance bill for the next ten years.

Condensation Membrane
REMOVAL PER STAGE CONDENSATION ALONE MEMBRANE HIGH INLET LEAN INLET HIGH INLET LEAN INLET Falls away as the stream gets lean Stays flat across the range
Schematic, illustrative rather than to scale. Condensation is strong where the stream is rich and weak where it is lean; membrane efficiency barely moves. Put them in the right order and each stage does what it is good at — which is the whole argument for condensation first, membrane last.
Dimension Condensation + membrane Condensation + activated carbon
Consumables No adsorbent to buy, no solid waste to declare Carbon replaced on load; spent carbon is hazardous waste with a ledger and a disposal cost
Regeneration No regeneration step — continuous automatic operation Dual-bed switching, steam or hot nitrogen desorption, secondary wastewater, activity loss each cycle
Fire and explosion risk Open separation, no adsorption heat, no bed hot spot Adsorption is exothermic; bed temperature rise is hard to control and needs gas detection and nitrogen protection
Footprint Compact skid Two beds plus a regeneration package
Energy Electricity only Desorption heat on top of the drive power
Condition sensitivity Upstream condensation already cools and dehumidifies; membrane conditions stay stable Capacity drops away above roughly 50% relative humidity and above about 38 °C
Solvent back to process Liquid returned directly to the tank or process Partly lost in the desorption gas and in the spent carbon

Where the stream genuinely calls for adsorption, we say so and we build it — see route 02 and route 03. The point is that carbon is a choice, not a default.

Delivery

What the schedule looks like once the order is placed

A partner has to promise a date to a plant manager. These are the numbers we hold ourselves to, so that the promise you make is one we can keep.

50–90days

Fabrication

50 days for a compact deep-cold unit, 90 days for a 300 m³/h train. Stated against the production calendar at order, not at enquiry.

10days

Installation and commissioning

Mechanical, piping, wiring, parameter setting and trial run, with our engineer on site for the first unit in your market.

1week

Drawings after order

GA drawing, P&ID and foundation drawing within a week of the agreement; the formal issue follows in two weeks, three copies.

12months

Warranty

Twelve months from acceptance or eighteen months from delivery, whichever comes first. Membrane elements carry two years.

8–10years

Membrane design life

Design life in service, with a two-year warranty behind it. Elements are replaced in the existing housings — not the skid.

12hours

Response

First response within twelve hours, remote diagnosis over RS485 or Ethernet, and spare parts held for the life of the unit.

Main equipment is designed for a service life of ten years or more. Spare parts and membrane elements are stocked against your forecast so that a plant is not waiting on a shipment for a wear item.
